of this Board, I will: Represent the interests of all people served by this school system and not favor special interests inside or outside the school. Not use the school or my service on this Board for my own personal advantage or for the advantage of my friends or supporters. Keep confidential information confidential. Approach all Board matters with an open mind prepared to make the best decision for the whole school system. Do nothing to violate the trust of those who elected me to the Board or of those we serve. Focus my efforts on the Mission of the school district – educating students – and not on my personal goals. Never exercise authority as a Board Member except when acting in a meeting with the full Board or as I am delegated by the Board. " |

| The Sandy Creek Board
of Education consists of seven members who are elected to five year
terms. Board meetings are held in the Board Room at 7:00pm on the second Thursday of each month. The BOE meeting is often proceeded by a 6:30pm reception in honor of select individuals or groups as indicated by the agenda. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend these open meetings. |
